Social reconsruction- our culture is growing at a steady rate. The inevitable is upon us. We have create a new language base called American. Our grand father language of English is truely different than what we use in this great country of north America. Its is time to analysis
 what our intention don't allow us to see clearly. Our replican stand of virtues, values, and fiscal growth exist at multiple levels of our social class or communities. We will begin to except our difrences based on appearence and will begin to find our simularities with the principles of our humanity. There will still be fearce discussion with in the rebulican party, holding true to the success of building a strong leader. Our respect for each other will grow with control argumentive discussion. Our compitition will meet verbally with any and all discussion to built a strong unified opinion. Regardless of each other voice, slang, cultured differences, the ab ility to communicate and dervie a perfect unified opinion is the traditional practice of the Republican party.





Campaign reform- Campaign spending is limited to only the earning of the financial proceed raised from the constituents. This will be raise every election and create a republican investment pool. The pool will grow larger and larger during every election event creating a larger return campaigning budget. The return on the republican investment will set forth a spending guidline for the campining circuit.
There are 50 republican funds from each state. Each individual fund will set forth the alloted budget for the campaigning event. When the candidate moves closer to the presidential election, each state contributes there investment return to the elected candidate.
50 funds will united to create the republican pool. The pool will grow larger over every campaigning year. The frivolous spending of proceed will be pooled together to create a fiscal responsible return platform.
Finally with a non election year, the return on the republican investment can contribute to help the local state education budget.

Abortion- Abortion should be illegal other than extrem circumstances. The rejection of intercourse force upon a girl is indecent and deserve finality, rather than a reminder of toturture. Extreme circumstance can be defined by proving error with properp prevention having accountabilty from both parties. The rights of fatherhood must be protected as well as the rights of mother hood. It takes two to create the gift of life, it should be the rights of both parties to resolve the differences to abort life. The women has full rights to her body and deserves all the help in the world to be resposible with prevention. Illegal imigration- Illegal imagration is illegal. The problem here is not to resolve illegal immigration with waistfull fiscal inforcment, rather with policies design to strengthen American imgrantion policies. Our own illegal imigration laws works against our culture, economy, and loss of taxable income. We "United States of America" create the black underground market with the current failing policies. The complex answer is to simply recreate the American dream and reinforce the founding principle of "Life, Liberty" and the presue of land". The problem is simple, the complexity of proven infecent imagration law create a vicious cycle, while policies are debated from election year to election year.
There must be a self reinforced, reliable, reasonable policy to change the patriotic persona of the American culture. Illegal Imgrants have the rights to pay taxes. They also have the rights of humanity to raise there family in a prosperous environment. The American culture needs to award the immigrants who want to become legal, pay their taxes, and strive for American values. If we continue to punish their illegal entrance, they will continue the vicious system, were they work here illegally and transfer thier money outside our country without paying ordinary taxes.
There are many illegal Imgrants following the current system to become legal. They have waited for more than 10 years to receive there rights of legal residency here in the united states of america. They pay their taxes and recover nothing in return. The majority of the illegal imgrants see the minority doing the correct course of action, and getting no assistance or response from the government. The majority of immigrants simply are practicing a traditional values called "taxation with out representation".

In giving them the respect they deserve for the correct action of following the new laws after eneterning the country illegally, then the Imgrants with the right intention will self correct the problem and squeeze out the immigrants with bad intention against the American culture with the legislative support of the Laws of our great Country. This will help save fribulios enforcement fiscal spending.
Providing the the right resources to Imgrants will only help add more taxable income to the government and provide a self enforce system with the current agencies assisting the the immigrants looking for right of passage. In today's industry the changing time will create new jobs, technology, and a new ".com era". The constinant high expense cost of fuel continue to controls the growth of inflation. Our transportation industry has many different levels of fuel increases on the price of normal day to day household products. 
          The energy produce to create fuel raises the price of the barrel.
          Transportation of fuel to the distribution centers forces higher prices.
          The energy produce by fuel to maintain the gas pump running increases fuel prices.
           Fuel transport cost raises the price of American products. 
The bottom line is cost conservative energy will reduce the price of fuel when energy is produced efficiently with out the combustion process. The fuel industry has the opportunity to lower the cost of fuel and continue to collect the same sales percentage on their product. They can continue to earn the same revenue and lower the price of fuel at the pump. The simple correction is obviously creating energy with a cost conservative process. They can deliver fuel to the individual consumer at a better price and the petroleum industry can continue to make the same sale profit. Finally lower inflation will help the price of retail products.

The car industry is tangle in a number of different giant companies running the automobile industry from the beginning of the conception of the first non horse pulling vehicle. The lower prices of products will be available to the American consumer.  International countries will be ordering more products from America and there will be will be more shipping out to them. The important concept to all this, is domestic security on the advancement of electrical energy fuel replacement. When other countries over seas convert there transportation over to electrical energy, their currency will go up in value. To keep the competitive edge against other countries the domestic partners should collaborate together to strength the advancements on wall street.
